Working hours
Cát Vàng JSC strictly adheres to the working hours regulated by labor laws, which are 8 hours per day, 5.5 days per week, and rest days as stipulated by the state. When there are production or business schedule demands, Cát Vàng JSC may require employees to work overtime and provide reasonable benefits to employees, in addition to ensuring their rights and benefits as regulated by the state.
